Return Policy
Jewelry for You and Your Dog is committed to customer service. We love the jewelry we make and so will you. All of our items are hand made and we proudly stand behind our jewelry. We take great care inspecting each piece before we package and ship it to you. Our goal is for your piece to arrive in perfect condition and for you to be extremely happy with your purchase. We realize however, that there may be times when it is necessary to return an item. Custom and personalized items are not returnable.
Please e-mail us within 30 days of your invoice date to arrange for a cash return for unworn, saleable items; Please include your name, address, phone number and reason for return. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
In the event an item becomes damaged during the shipping process, please contact Jewelry For You and Your Dog immediately. Hold on to the packaging until futher notice. We will refund the cost of the item along with the shipping charge.
If the buyer damages an item, no refund will be given.
